Description

Ceramic spray
The protective ceramic spray from Abicor Binzel is a special silicone-free formulation.
This new spray is developed for automated applications involving very long welding cycles(>8 hours).
After spraying on the parts to be protected, a white ceramic protective film is formed, wait 5 seconds before starting the welding process to allow the product to dry.
It is used to protect contact tips, nozzles, tip holders, components to be welded (areas adjacent to the weld) as well as tooling.
The adhesion of slag is significantly reduced.
