That's why we have compiled here the most frequently asked questions from our customers to help you resolve any doubts before, during, and after your order.
Information of interest
Orders placed before 14:00 h (peninsular time) are delivered within 24 to 72 working hours for shipments within the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and Balearic Islands, using the transport agency assigned by Eny Compras y Logística Industrial S.L.
In case of stock breakage or incident, we will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the new estimated delivery time.

If we detect an error in the price of a purchased product, before sending your order we will offer you two options:
- Pay the difference (bank transfer or PayPal).
- Request a refund (partial or total), which will be paid by the same payment method you used.
You have 15 calendar days from receipt to request a return or exchange.

- You will receive the return authorization and instructions by email.
- Send the product unopened or, if you have already opened it, place it back in its original packaging and seal it.
- After receiving it and verifying its condition, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 days.

- The customer assumes the return shipping costs, except for defective products.
- We do not accept returns of used, incomplete, damaged, or out-of-date products.
Yes, we ship to mainland Spain, mainland Portugal, and Balearic Islands.
Currently, we do not ship to Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, but you can contact us at [email protected] to find a personalized solution.
Yes, we ship to mainland Portugal, France, and Germany.
For other international destinations, contact us at [email protected] to calculate rates and shipping options.
At Eny you can pay securely with credit card online, Bizum, PayPal, bank transfer, installment payment with Alma or deferred payment according to risk.
If you choose online card or phone purchase, we will need:
- Card type
- Number
- Expiration date
- Cardholder's name and surname
We use the REDSYS gateway from La Caixa, which encrypts the data for maximum security. In phone purchases, the data is entered directly into the POS and destroyed afterward, without storing it.
All operations require authorization from the issuing entity; if the payment is not approved, we will not be able to send the order.
