

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Eny.es, please contact us via email at [email protected] or at +34 685 63 94 28, asking for the Sales Department * to request a return authorization for materials within 15 days after receiving the product. The product must be returned to Eny.es, at the address Avenida Jose Montoya Parcela D11/12, 30817, Murcia within 15 days from the issuance of the return confirmation. Boxed products must be returned in their original packaging including all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration certificate that were sent with the product. If the item is returned unopened and in its original box, you will be offered an exchange or refund using the same payment method you originally chose (or in some cases a transfer for differences in amounts), excluding shipping costs, unless the item does not work as it should or does not match what was purchased.
If the customer requests a return or exchange because the item is not desired, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. If it is an exchange, the cost of the new shipment will also be added. If these cases occur, we will inform you as soon as possible about the entire return/exchange process.
How can I request a refund?
Within 15 days after receiving your product:
- Contact the Sales Department ([email protected] | Phone +34 685 63 94 28) to request the return and receive an email with the return authorization and simple return instructions.
- If you received a boxed product, send the unopened product to Eny Compras Y Logistica Industrial, S.L and if you open it and it is not as expected, put it back in the box and seal it as you received it.
- The refund* will be processed within 10 days after Eny.es receives the product and confirms that it is in perfect condition and includes all the documentation that was available in the initial order.
- In the event that the product does not meet your expectations and you want to return it, the customer will bear the shipping costs of the package, notifying our sales department for the return process with our transport agency. Once received, we will proceed with the review and contact you to proceed with the possible exchange or refund of the amount*
- Returns: Eny.es does not accept returns of products in poor condition, after being used or incomplete, nor with damage to their original packaging (must include accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration certificate that were sent with the product, as well as original packaging in perfect condition) and in such case, we will contact you to notify you. Similarly, returns are not accepted after the 15-day period from the delivery date.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If any item in your purchase has a manufacturing or transport defect, please contact the Sales Department ([email protected] or at the phone +34 685 63 94 28) within 24 or 48 hours to request the return and receive an email with the return authorization and we will process a new shipment of the product as soon as possible, unless the product is not in stock and after requesting from the factory, we will inform you of the approximate delivery time of the new order. In this case, our transport agency will collect the defective product and deliver the new one. If you do not want a new shipment, please let us know and we will send you an email with the return instructions.
*SALES DEPARTMENT HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8:30 AM TO 1:30 PM AND FROM 3:30 PM TO 6:00 PM.

SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for orders is 24-72 business hours (only for mainland shipments including mainland Portugal and the Balearic Islands); the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are excluded, using in these cases the transport agency that Eny Compras y Logística Industrial S.L. has stipulated. If for any reason the order has to be delayed due to stock breakage, we will contact you (via phone or email) to inform you as soon as possible and give you an approximate delivery time.
Shipping to mainland Spain
The shipping time to mainland Spain will be stipulated between 48-72 hours, through the MRW agency.
The shipping has a fixed price of 4.10€ + VAT.
Shipping is free for orders over 70€ + VAT.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands
Shipments to islands include both major and minor islands within a period of 15 days.
The shipping has a fixed price of 20€ + VAT.
Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla
For shipping reasons, our website does not directly allow sales to these regions, but we offer our customers the option of sending a personalized quote whether you are an individual or a company.
Shipping to mainland Portugal
The shipping time to Portugal will be stipulated between 48-72 hours from when the order is placed (excluding the islands) using in these cases the transport agency that Eny Compras Y Logistica Industrial S.L. has stipulated.
The shipping has a fixed price of 8€ + VAT.
Shipping to France and Germany
We ship to France and Germany within a period of 4 to 7 business days.
Once the order is placed, no changes to the shipping address are allowed unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by the parties.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear itemized in the summary of your purchase. The costs will be calculated depending on the destination and volume and weight of the items.
What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier goes to deliver the order?
After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice to contact them and arrange a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you provided or at one of the carrier’s offices.
