Abrasive flap disc. Disc with polycotton zirconium cloth. Recommended for grinding, deburring, weld seam removal, and edge profiling. Suitable for both steel and stainless steel, among others. The flap discs are composed of abrasive zirconium oxide or ceramic abrasive flaps on a polycotton cloth backing, radially placed on a very resistant fiberglass base, usually convex, but can be flat in special productions. Our flap positioning increases the contact surface, allowing for progressive wear and facilitating the emergence of new grains that provide a constant cutting capacity, extending the disc’s lifespan.
