The 3M™ 4540+ protective suit is made of a premium dual laminated component and has a breathable triangular back panel for greater comfort. This lightweight and soft suit provides an excellent barrier against hazardous particles and liquid splashes.

This 3M 4540+ protective garment in clean white color with a blue triangular back panel meets various standards for protective clothing against chemical substances, including EN 1073-2 Resistance against radioactive particles, EN 1149 Antistatic, EN ISO 13688, Type 6 Liquid Splashes EN 13034, and Type 5 Dust EN ISO 13982-1. It is made with a sophisticated non-woven bicomponent that offers high tensile strength and is covered with a microporous laminate with an extremely low level of fiber release to provide an excellent barrier against hazardous splashes. Lightweight and soft, it has an excellent drape and is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The SMMMS back panel offers greater breathability to reduce heat stress in warm environments. The soft fabric cuffs and elastic waist and ankles improve fit and freedom of movement to offer highly valued comfort. The 3-panel hood design is compatible with additional PPE (personal protective equipment). The double-sided zippers and fully sealable flaps reduce the risk of skin exposure and protect against contaminants. This protective garment has an antistatic coating that meets the EN1149 standard, reduces static discharge, and minimizes the risk of sparks.”
