The advantages of this product are that it increases productivity and reduces overall grinding costs compared to other fiber discs and depressed center grinding discs when grinding a range of metals, including stainless steel and other heat-sensitive alloys.
This long-lasting fiber disc, which removes up to 56% more excess material than the 3M™ Cubitron™ II 987C fiber disc, 36+, has a fast cutting speed with great excess material removal across a wide range of application pressures; it also features Grinding Aid cooling that reduces temperatures of heat-sensitive alloys.
Additionally, this disc is designed to help reduce hand-arm vibration exposure, increase productivity, and complete more parts per disc in medium to high-pressure grinding applications.
