The Scotch® 23 is a self-fusing EPR rubber tape designed for demanding electrical applications of low and high voltage insulation, up to 69 kV. Thanks to its high adaptability, it can stretch up to 100% to ensure uniform insulation, without bubbles or voids, even in high humidity conditions.

Its thickness of 0.76 mm provides excellent dielectric insulation, while its non-vulcanizable composition ensures storage stability and easy handling. It includes a special polyester liner that protects the tape and facilitates its application without unnecessary adhesions.
